Large Non-Recyclable Waste Collection Service

The city council provides a special service for collecting large non-recyclable waste items from residential areas. This service is designed to help residents dispose of bulky items such as old furniture, broken appliances, and damaged mattresses in a safe and responsible manner. Collection is available six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. However, the service will be suspended during severe weather conditions. For example, collections will not take place on rainy days to ensure the safety of workers and equipment. All collected items are transported to a waste management facility, where materials are carefully sorted. Whenever possible, parts of the items are recovered for recycling or reuse in order to reduce environmental impact. Residents are encouraged to check the schedule before placing items outside their homes.
